Janet Osborne has been helping people get healthy and fit through nutrition and exercise for over thirty years. She is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Certified Personal Trainer. After her husband’s cancer diagnosis in 2021, Janet developed an interest in the healing power of food. Her mission is to help women in midlife and beyond be mobile, strong, and confident, and over 1M followers on Instagram love her practical and fun fitness advice aimed at women 50+. We spoke to Janet about how she and her husband used food, movement, and connection to help beat his Stage 4 cancer diagnosis, why eating to feel energized instead of thin is the key to health, why working out for only 10 minutes 3 times a week can change your life, and why chocolate should be in your diet!

The Movement Living Podcast is hosted by our co-founders, mother and daughter, Amanda June Giannakos (34) and Gabriela Schonbach (71). Each episode explores how women can live well and age better through an insightful interview with leaders and culture-changers in the wellness space.
